⚠ CRITICAL: THIS PLATFORM IS A DATA VISUALIZATION TOOL ONLY. ALL SCORES ARE PROBABILISTIC ESTIMATES. THE USER ASSUMES ALL RISK FOR PROPERTY DECISIONS. NOT FINANCIAL, INSURANCE, REAL ESTATE, OR ARCHITECTURAL ADVICE.

§01

NATURE OF THIS PLATFORM

SafeHaven 2045 ("the Platform," "we," "us") is a data visualization and educational tool designed to present probabilistic climate risk information derived from publicly available scientific datasets. The Platform aggregates and synthesizes data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and publicly available insurance market reports. The Platform is NOT a licensed financial advisor, insurance broker, real estate professional, structural engineer, architect, or legal counsel. Nothing presented on this Platform constitutes financial advice, insurance advice, real estate advice, architectural or engineering advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advisory service.
§02

RESILIENCE INDEX — METHODOLOGY & LIMITATIONS

The "Resilience Index" (0–100) is a proprietary composite metric developed solely for educational and informational purposes. It is calculated using a weighted formula: 40% Flood/Sea Level Risk, 30% Heat Stress, 20% Insurance Availability, and 10% Local Infrastructure Investment. All projections are based on the IPCC SSP5-8.5 (Shared Socioeconomic Pathway 5, Representative Concentration Pathway 8.5) high-emissions scenario, which represents a high-reference scenario with no additional climate policy. This scenario may overestimate or underestimate actual future conditions depending on global emissions trajectories, policy interventions, and technological developments. The Resilience Index is a regional approximation and does NOT account for: (a) specific property-level characteristics such as elevation, construction type, or proximity to water bodies; (b) local zoning, building codes, or municipal adaptation investments; (c) individual property insurance policy terms; (d) microclimate variations within a ZIP code; or (e) socioeconomic factors affecting individual resilience capacity.
§03

ASSUMPTION OF RISK BY USER

BY USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (a) You assume all risk for any property purchase, sale, investment, insurance, or construction decisions made in whole or in part based on information presented by this Platform. (b) Climate projections are inherently uncertain. Actual conditions in 2045 may differ materially from projections presented herein. (c) The Platform's data is updated periodically and may not reflect the most current scientific findings, insurance market conditions, or regulatory changes. (d) ZIP code-level analysis cannot substitute for a professional property-specific climate risk assessment, which should be obtained from qualified engineers, geologists, or climate scientists before making significant property decisions. (e) You will not hold SafeHaven 2045, its operators, data providers, or affiliates liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from your use of or reliance upon this Platform.
§04
